Superhero Comic Book Series with Free Printables by My Paper Craze

If you’ve been able to follow along, you’ve seen our fabulous printable invitation and our amazing printable banner.  Now, it’s time for the little touches that really finish off this party.  Today, we have for you…

FREE PRINTABLE WATER BOTTLE LABELS

PDF FILE | MICROSOFT WORD

FREE PRINTABLE CUPCAKE TOPPERS

PDF FILE | SILHOUETTE

FREE PRINTABLE KRYPTONITE ROCK CANDY STICKER FLAGS

PDF FILE | SILHOUETTE

Why the different formats?  The PDF file is virtually universal, so it’s a great first go-to.  The Microsoft Word file lets you resize the images, if you need to.  And finally, for all my Silhouette readers, a FREE PRINT AND CUT file for you o those sticker flags and cupcake toppers!  It’s a win-win for everyone!  Here’s a sneak peak of what everything looks like!

Superhero Comic Book Party Printables by My Paper Craze

Water Bottle Labels:

To finish off these files from strips of paper to water bottle labels, just follow these basic steps:

1.  Print as many bottle labels as you need – remember there are 2 per page.  Regular copy paper will do, no cardstock needed.

2.  It’s best to use a straight edge to cut off the excess white.  A pair of scissors will work, too, just a little more time consuming.

3.  Remove the old bottle label and apply the new one.  These work best with room-temperature water so the condensation does not saturate the paper.  To hold the wrapper in place, any glue or tape is sufficient (no one looks at the back, anyways!).

Cupcake toppers:

Never made your own cupcake toppers before?  Here are the easy steps to turn these word bubbles into the perfect cupcake décor:

1.  Print the word bubbles on cardstock – white works best.

2.  Cut the word bubbles with your Silhouette machine or a pair of scissors (slightly tedious).

3.  Using 4″ lollipop sticks (available at any craft store), adhere your word bubble with a dab of hot glue.  Put one on each side to hide the ugly backing.

4.  Stick straight down into your cupcakes!

Kryptonite Sticker Flags:

The idea behind these is to adhere the flags to green rock candy to represent Superman’s kryptonite.  Cute, right?

1.  I printed them on sticker paper (available at craft and office supply stores) so that I didn’t have to mess with any sticky glue on such small strips

2.  Cut them out with scissors or (again) use your Silhouette machine.

3.  WITH THE PAPER BACKING STILL ON, fold the flag in half so that “kryptonite” shows on both sides.

4.  Remove the paper backing and fold sticky sides in around the rock candy wooden stick.  Done!

Thanks so much Karen! If I’m not making party stuff for one of my kids, it’s one of my friend’s kids. lol

  3. Suzy

thanks so much! I was able to grab the word doc for the water bottle labels but the others are opening in google cloud but does not have a PDF. I see other docs. Not sure how to download. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Suzy, I uploaded the document in a PDF compatible form, is it not working for you? Feel free to email me at mypapercraze@gmail.com so that we can brainstorm this issue, or maybe I can just email you a different format. Thanks!

Hey Suzy, I know it’s probably six months too late, but I wanted to let you know that I’ve done a makeover on these files so hopefully they are more user-friendly!

I agree. My oldest man-child (my husband) still loves all the superhero stuff too, lol. I guess if he finds my post, he’ll want a superhero party next 😉
