Hello Friends! It’s that time again, our monthly Silhouette Challenge Group Post! Yippee! This month’s challenge theme is TYPOGRAPHY/WORD ART! And as always, our fellow Silhouette Challenge Group have some pretty amazing products to offer up!
As you know, we love celebrating each holiday, even with silly little crafts. So for St. Patrick’s Day, I made a few of these goodies to hand out to friends and they turned out really cute.
So when I first set out to make a tag, I started with a traditional shape, added a little shamrock on there and called it a day. Once I looked at it for a few days, I decided that it needed a little something extra. So we actually have two printable tags for you today, so you can choose which one suits your needs!
In addition to these cute little tags, you’ll also need a few supplies to put together the final craft:
Clear bottle – I recycled a Starbucks bottle
Rollos – keep wrapped, these are the gold pieces at the bottom
Skittles – separate by color and layer like a rainbow!
Ribbon or twine to attach the tag
White paint – I used a DIY chalk paint recipe – for the ugly brown lid
*Remember to use gloves when handling the Skittles if you are giving these away!
